Delete your Kvit account
This page is for deleting your Kvit account and the cloud copy of your data. You do not need to install the app to use it.
What will be deleted
- Your Kvit account
- The cloud copy of all your entries
- Feedback you sent through the app
- Referral data (invite code and bonuses)
What this does NOT delete
The data on the phone itself. It lives only on the device and we have no access to it, so this request does not touch it. It leaves the device together with the app: if you have already uninstalled it, nothing is left on the phone. If you are keeping the app, you can erase it there — and if you cannot find where, write to us and we will point you to it.
Contact supportHow to send the request
Write to support and give the address of the account you used to sign in to Kvit. We will reply to that same address: either confirming that the account and cloud copy are deleted, or telling you what else is needed to find your record.
Email support@kvitcare.comWrite from the Google or Apple account address you signed in with: there is no other sign-in method in the app, and a message from the address itself shows us the request comes from its owner.
Timing
We handle the request within one month at the latest — that deadline is set by Article 12(3) GDPR. Usually much sooner.
