Kvit support

One address for anything to do with the app: something is broken, something is unclear, your data, or a fact in an article that looks wrong. This page says what can be answered here, what cannot, and how long it takes.

Write to us

Everything goes to one mailbox — no ticket number to keep, no account to create. A person reads it and replies to the address the message came from.

Email support@kvitcare.com

Write in Ukrainian, English or Polish — whichever you read the app in.

What to include

  • What happened, and what you expected instead
  • Your phone and its system version — “iPhone 13, iOS 18” is enough
  • The Kvit version, if you know it
  • The address you sign in with, if the question is about your account
  • A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see

Answered here, without writing

How do I delete my account and everything in it?

On the account deletion page, and you do not need the app installed. It removes the account, the cloud copy, feedback and referral data. Entries on the phone itself are not touched by that request: they leave with the app, and while it is still installed you can erase them there separately, without deleting your account.

I lost my phone. Can you restore my entries?

If you were signed in, yes — and there is nothing special to do: sign in on the new phone and your entries come back from the cloud copy by themselves. If you never turned the copy on, your entries were only on that device, and nobody can restore them.

How do I cancel Kvit+ or ask for a refund?

Cancelling happens in the store that took the payment, and takes effect at the end of the paid period. The refund is processed by that same store under its own procedures — we do not process refunds ourselves, and in the App Store the decision is Apple’s. What we do is back your request: write to us within fourteen days of the purchase and we will not object to it.

What do you hold about me, and how do I get a copy?

Write to contact@kvitcare.com. Access, correction, export and deletion are your rights under the GDPR, and that address is dedicated to requests about your own data; regular app support stays on support@kvitcare.com. What is held, on what basis and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.

A number or a fact in an article looks wrong.

Tell us and it gets checked. That goes for the helpline numbers above all: the articles say those are verified, so a line that no longer answers is a defect worth reporting.

What support cannot do

  • Read entries that exist only on the phone, or restore them if you never turned the cloud copy on. The database on the phone is fully encrypted (AES-256) with a key held in the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore that never leaves the device — we have no access to that key.
  • Refund a purchase. The store that took the payment processes the refund under its own procedures, and in the App Store the decision is Apple’s — what we can do is back your request, which we will.
  • Answer a medical question. Kvit is for keeping track of your own cycle: it is not a medical device, it is not a contraceptive, it does not diagnose, and it does not replace a consultation with a doctor.

How long it takes

Every message is read. A request about your own data sent to contact@kvitcare.com — a copy, a correction, deletion — is answered within one month at the latest, the deadline set by Article 12(3) GDPR, and usually much sooner. Nothing behind our addresses is automated: a person reads the mailboxes and writes back.
